How to Use:
Bath Soak – Add 1-2 cups of Midwest Sea Salt Company™ Eucalyptus & Spearmint Epsom soaking solution to warm running bath water. Soak for 15-20 minutes and let the Epsom salt soak away stress and discomfort.
Soreness from Sprains and Bruises – Add 1-2 cups of Midwest Sea Salt Company™ Eucalyptus & Spearmint Epsom Soaking Solution to warm water. Place the affected area in the soak for about 20 to 30 minutes. Use a foot bath for foot and ankle issues and use a full bath for body aches.
Exfoliation – You can also get great exfoliation from Midwest Sea Salt Company™ Eucalyptus & Spearmint Epsom Soaking Solution. Take a handful of Epsom salt and rub it on wet skin gently to slough away dry patches to reveal amazing emollient skin.
