<li><strong>Processing Time:</strong> For in-stock items, processing begins once your order is submitted, payment is approved, and the address is verified. Orders placed outside business hours (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) may begin processing the next business day.</li>
<li><strong>Transit Time:</strong> Shipping carriers like USPS or UPS Ground will be used to deliver your order. Actual transit times vary based on location and carrier.</li>

<li>The Midwest Sea Salt Company determines the most efficient shipping method based on your address.</li>
<li>Shipping & handling charges are applied at the time of shipment. If your order includes backordered items, shipping fees will be assessed at the time of the initial shipment. No additional fees will apply for subsequent shipments.</li>
<li>Certain products cannot be shipped to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or U.S. Territories.</li>
<li>Using a freight forwarding service to ship internationally may result in issues not covered by us, including damage or loss. Our responsibility ends once the package safely reaches the freight forwarder’s U.S. address.</li>
